Frequently Asked Questions.

If I am not a Millennial can I still get help?

Absolutely! Many people in all generations can relate to the experiences that are common amongst the millennial generation. We are skilled with working with individuals of all ages.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance at this time. However, we are able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. You will then receive reimbursement, according to your insurance plan, for sessions that you've already paid for.

Why does therapy cost so much?

Therapy is an investment that is intended to benefit you for the rest of your life. Our rate for a 60 minute session is $165. This fee reflects our graduate degrees, our post graduate training and clinical supervision, as well as the specialized training we have in working with adults with ADHD & Autism.

What Should I Expect From my First Appointment?

We provide a free 20 minute introductory meeting that allows you to get to know us. We usually do this meeting by phone. During that time we are both assessing if we’re a fit for each other. We will ask you questions to better understand what you’re seeking from therapy or coaching. This is a great time to ask questions. There are no holdbacks on what you can ask. Seriously, this is the time to ask any questions you might have.

What if I don’t have an “official” diagnosis?

Neurodiversity is about the way you perceive and interact with the world. We FIRMLY believe that you know your lived experience better than anyone and if you identify with ADHD, ADD, AuDHD, Autism and other neurodiverse experiences than the work we do, will benefit you and that is all that matters to us.

Do I have to be in Washington to get therapy?

Yes. We are licensed to practice as mental health professionals in the state of Washington & you are required to physically be in Washington state at the time you receive therapy.
